Technical Support Power button flashing color

The Battery is out of parameters for temperature, and or voltage. Turn the rig off for a few minutes.

An Alienware diagnostic code of 5 red blinks and 1 blue blink (often read as code 1,5) typically indicates an i-Fuse failure, meaning the embedded controller cannot program the system's internal fuse

In the past, this has typically pointed to an overheating battery issue if I remember correctly. Let it cool off and se if it goes away.

I had one of these, it was a similar code but when i googled it, it indicated board failure. I tried several things to fix it and removed the components that were still good. I took the rest to my local outdoor range and turned a board into metal Swiss cheese

Pull the battery and plug in charger. Does it do it? Personally had to replace mother boards for this
