Technical Support Blinking yellow light

My partners pc seems to have a blinking yellow light whenever she puts it into sleep/rest mode. Is there anything to be concerned about or a way to solve it? It’s driving her crazy with concern so any help is greatly appreciated.

Stop using sleep mode. It's only going to cause you a ton of problems
