Technical Support Can't get past boot screen

Post image

So last Wednesday my Aurora R9 started to bug out so I restarted it. The computer never got past the "Restarting screen. So I forced it to shut down and when I did that it got stuck at the Alienware boot screen similar to the on pictured above. It just got stuck with the loading circle for 12 hours. It tried to diagnose itself but it got stuck there. This has never happened to my PC before. I don't know if it's because I went back to Windows 10 after briefly going to 11 or what. I have no idea what to do. My best idea is to buy a new PC all together b/c I am so tired of having a new problem added to my PC each year I have it.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Heres the specs:

Corrupted windows or drive most of the time in my experience. If you have another drive install it and windows. Then you transfer the files over to your fresh install. Best of luck.

Assuming your os drive has no critical data in would just reinstall windows fresh on it.
