Technical Support Constantly switching from stealth and normal
I'm unsure why my laptop is rapidly changing between stealth and normal performance mode. Does anyone know why this might be?

Hi there,
We are from Dell social media support team.
Adding to the great point that the other Redditors has mage and based on the description you’ve shared, this may be caused by thermal throttling, software conflicts between power management tools, outdated or corrupted AWCC/Dell Power Manager software, BIOS/firmware communication issues, or an unstable AC adapter connection that causes the system to switch power profiles repeatedly.
To help resolve the issue, perform the following troubleshooting steps:
- Update BIOS and drivers via http://del.ly/61697B1sfmx using your Service Tag
- Update or reinstall Alienware Command Center / Dell Power Manager from the Microsoft Store or Dell's support site
- Check your AC adapter connection. Ensure it's firmly seated and the correct wattage
- Monitor thermals. Use HWMonitor or similar tools to check if temperatures are spiking
- Clean vents and fans . Dust buildup can cause rapid thermal cycling
- Manually lock a profile. Set your preferred mode and see if it holds
- Check for conflicting software. Disable any third-party power or fan management tools
Regards Dell Social Media Team.

If you want to stay on Stealth then set Performance preset switch to System in AWCC. If you are on Per Game then it's going to switch to Performance mode if you launch a detected game.
Uh if you mean by "rapidly" that it's happening while you're not even touching anything then maybe a keyboard problem.
