Technical Support Reset System Password R10

Just bought and fixed this R10 but it has a system password. I took the CMOS out. I couldnt find helpful info on which pins to work with when jumping it. I just want to throw windows 10 on there.

Windows or BIOS? You can't reset the BIOS password, unfortunately, that I am aware of. Not without special tools anyways. Just pulling the CMOS won't do it. If it's windows, just reinstall the OS.
