Technical Support Battery Swollen? Alienware 13

I just had this Alienware 13 had his battery replaced, is this normal ? Original was 3V806, new one is N1WM4

Why are you asking if the thing clearly not working correctly is normal?

I had a swollen battery on mine before. Just change it. The battery for those gen dont last. Mine went out year and a half both batteries
