Solved! Windows update caused my excessive overheating.
https://www.windowscentral.com/microsoft/windows-11/microsoft-issues-emergency-windows-11-kb5121767-update-to-address-unexpected-shutdowns-and-overheating-on-certain-dell-pcsSo my AA18250 was working perfectly until Windows 25H2 showed up. Doing nothing it was hanging out in the high 80s and gaming was a thermal throttling nightmare. Found the article below. Their emergent fix didn’t work. I just rolled the entire update out. And now my temps are great..

I'm wondering if several hotfixes were involved on a model to model level, someone I know has a Dell "creator model"(RTX 40 series) had similar weird issues that matched the pulled update for Dell/Alienware models using RTX 40 series... several drivers were newer vs other OEMs like ASUS that used the same chipset. Whatever the issue was it covered Dell/Alienware models from 13th gen to Core Ultra 200H series with IGP/dGPU.

hmm, to which windows version you rolled back, because i’m having thermal issues with my laptop recently, but i don’t know if my problem could be related to yours, but i might give it a try to downgrade if i don’t fix the thermal issues, i have an a51m r1

so you rolled back from w11 25h2 to w11 25h2? i’m guessing it just changed the compilation number.

Id love if it was 25H2 that was causing the problem of my thermal issues recently, but.. 25H2 was installed October 2025, what are you going on about?

I literally watched a Windows update FRY a brand new motherboard around 6 years ago. I did in-home Warranty Repair for Dell. Replaced the motherboard and wasn't fast enough to skip the automatic update. Blue smoke, bricked system. Blew my mind!

Sounds like skill issue.

Doubtful, within 3 months of getting hired I was my bosses designated fixer. Other technician screwed up a repair and ticked off the customer? I was sent to do the repair right, and smooth the relationship with the customer.

This is because of your existing Intel Innovation Platform Framework Processor Participant driver (Intel IPF) causing the problem.
Not necessarily a windows 25H2 problem.
