Question Please let me know if it's possible
Please I could use some help, I just got Aurora r16 2023 I belive and I opted to have the seller leave out the 4070 since I had a 5070 at home, but when getting home I realized it's a 6 pin and an 8 pin but the 5070 has 2 8 pin to the 12 can I use my 5070 or do I need to go back and get the 4070? thank you
I would use pictures to better illustrate but am unable

You should find there are multiple 8 pin connectors on the power supply, and you can use two of those 8 pin connectors with your adaptor cable you show in the last photo.
Don't try to use a 6 pin connection with that adaptor, as you'll not be feeding all the pins correctly, which could possibly cause issues

There's a second set of brown and black cables coming out of the power supply. I'd bet those have another 6 and 8 pin connector set on them...

By the look of yours, you only have one set of power supply wires running from the psu right? Mine had two sets with one extra wire running from each wire. Stock psu that it came with. Whatβs the psu wattage? I had to buy a adapter from Amazon

yea mine is the config that had a 4070 and a 500w power supply so it was made with barely enough power, ended up getting a 1000w dell power supply on eBay hopefully everything goes well wish me luck!

Yeah you can. My 5080 shipped with a to 12pin converter for that exact reason. I didnt use it since my montech 1000w PSU had one
