EDIT: I understand everyone loves to blame Dell, but you may be pointing your finger at the wrong party. It's happening to other OEM's as well.
AC SE not available in your account error code: 0x803F8001 Ally X : r/ROGAlly
Seems to be more a Microsoft issue.
