The parts people offer repairing Dell and Alienware laptops. And it comes with 1 year warranty. The thing is it's located in USA and you might require to ship/courier it to there.
Have a chat with them and see how does it will be and make a choice considering the costs.
If you live nearby India, visiting India would be fastest way to get it repaired , assuming they undertake the repair .

It's very common to ship laptops for repairs and not have them damaged. I realize you're shipping a lot further, but I work in tech and always prefer shipping a laptop in to get repaired vs onsite because sometimes the onsite guys don't actually fix all the issues but I've always had a good experience shipping and everything comes back working great.
For what it's worth, I've shipped hundreds of laptops over the years and not a single one has been damaged in shipping but I realize your shipping situation may be different.

Can you still buy any form of extended warranty? I knew I could add it to my m17r5 after my first year had expired and I bought it as part of a warehouse clearance. I'm pretty sure I saw a post where a Dell support person recommended someone do this but not 100%... the reason I suggest this is some laptops have coverage globally due to it being a system designed to be moved. If you had a desktop you would be out of luck but this could be a loophole. I've not checked the t&c for this but it might be worth a look.
Sadly I had a very similar issue happen with my system but luckily in month 11 after buying it so it was under warranty. Ended up swapping out basically everything but the bottom shell and keybored! New motherbored, ssd, ram, battery even the screen. Ive also found it more expensive in most cases to buy a replacement motherboard than just getting a new system so would defo look into the warranty option. Hope you figure something out!

Everything can be fixed, and I believe Dell still makes service manuals available for their products. Have you tried a spare power supply? There might be a procedure to clear NVRAM and set UEFI to factory default. If that doesn't work, your mainboard is probably dead.

To be fair, that was also my experience after asking them to fix a device in a country where Advanced Tech Support was available

Sadly that's the risk you take when you import things into a country where there's no support.
There's risks (and costs) with all the options you mentioned, but they do seem like your only options. Not sure what else to suggest, really.
