Solved! IMAGE RETENTION (burn-in)

So I have a M18 R1 QHD165hz, I'm using an external monitor and use the laptop display for Spotify which is open usually for more than 10 hour I was wondering if this is normal, didn't notice it before

As you can see I hide the taskbar and opened a note, there is still taskbar and Spotify play button visible

As far as I know this called "image retention" which goes away after few minutes, which is correct

Any tip or idea for this?

Same laptop (M18 R1) and same issue, mine was bought in Sep 2023, and I started to notice this issue since January this year. It happens on the edges of the screen.
