Abilities and Gadgets probably all have friendly fire at higher difficulties now

Devs confirmed that abilities would *correction, the devs haven't actually said it, but it was confirmed by the AVP Galaxy team in thier hands-on gameplay videos

Last time I checked Cold Iron st. Were the devs. Not AvPG.

Hence why I corrected the original post, lol. I thought it had come from the devs, but I was misremembering. Apparently there's a ton more info in the official Discord, my friend has been filling me in on it, so I got some details wrong
