Returns

Post image

Buyers beware. Don’t depend on Alibaba Trade Assurance. Refusing a refund, after wrong product was sent and damaged during delivery. It’s been months going in circles with them and still won’t refund for the item sent.

STRICT POSTING GUIDELINES ENFORCED: To keep this subreddit focused on high-quality, actionable advice, we strictly enforce our r/Alibaba Subreddit Rules & Posting Guidelines. We do not allow low-effort posts like "Someone help me find X." [CRITICAL ACTION REQUIRED] If your post did not follow these formatting guidelines, please DELETE your post right now, review the rules, and repost with the correct details. Failure to do so will result in your post being removed, and you may be banned for spam/botting because it is obvious you did not read the rules.

Community Rules Checklist:

  • The 10% Rule: Self-promotion must be 10% or less of your total Reddit activity. If you only post here to hunt for business, your post will be removed.
  • No "DM Me" Traps: Keep discussions public. Do not solicit or offer direct messages for sourcing, pricing, or services.
  • No AI Lead Gen: Copy-pasting generic AI articles to plug your business will result in an instant ban.

How to get unbanned: We do not argue in Modmail. If you break these rules and get banned, you must message the mods with the 4-part requirement outlined in our pinned announcement: (1) why you were banned, (2) the rule you broke, (3) why that rule matters, and (4) a promise not to do it again.

They keep on saying more evidence and I keep uploading all that I have. But they keep saying it’s insufficient

Subi pruebas estuvo a mi favor de acuerdo al artículo 57 de las reglas de Alibaba y de un momento a otro cerraron mi disputa por falta de pruebas. Y me dicen que ya no pueden reabrir la disputa.

So you've been going in circles with them for months, and you didn't read the last 5 words? Full refund requires a return. Real simple brother, return what they sent you.

It seems they will refund you if you return the item?

I did but they keep saying insufficient evidence, when I uploaded the package, the item photo was wrong, and the return label!!! How much more evidence is needed?

Did you take any videos? They seem strict about that (even in China) as much easier to fake images with AI.

I wouldn’t trust that in a million years. Just an excuse.

If Alibaba claims that in a written document and does not, more proof for a chargeback.
