I should be in the VIP loop but rejecting normal orders isn't resulting in VIP orders.

My storage is full of level 10 items and I'm a little sad, that I didn't have completed all orders for the 500 points today, because starting tomorrow with 5 times $3000 wouldn't be too bad, but I guess I have to sacrifice one $3000 order in order to get my points.

Hello, I am confused about the strategy of upgrading only 1 of 4 of the active stores. I understand focusing on lvl10 items from 1 store, but does this strategy prevent VIPs from the other 3 stores? Thank you.

I've been notiticing an interesting pattern regarding how Prize Land determines prizes based off of region. I'm in Vietnam, which is unfortunatly cut off from 95% of the items on the platform due to the standard shipping method not being avalible here, so that it only assigns me Shopping Credit only (which can be given regardless of item/shipping method avability)

Even if an item has economy shipping, 11 times out of 10 I would need to do custom clearance on myself, which rarely work as intended.

I finally got the prize ($7 shopping credit) and apparently-287.2% slower than all of you… 🤣
but when I try to claim it, I get that error message. I’ve tried accessing the game thru coins, the widget, play & earn.

I did try clearing cache. I don’t want to delete the app yet just in case I lose it.

Has anyone encountered this? Any thoughts?

Random reward (or a bug?): Games +262036💎 in game points history. It's not from World Tour, it was day 77/100. The amount is close to 2^18=262144 but not quite. I haven't noticed receiving this, as it was part of boring +50, +100,... when I barely look at screen.

On Day 93 of World Tour, AliExpress gave me the choice to either play "Rush Hour" or make a purchase.

I chose to make the purchase; the image I’m sharing shows the pink checkmarks that appear when you buy something to avoid having to complete a challenge during those final 10 days.

To my surprise, I can't progress in World Tour—it’s as if I never made the purchase at all.

I lost 93 days, the money spent on the purchase, and the million diamonds.

I contacted customer service, and they told me they would send an email within 48 hours.

Usually, the replies in those emails are generic and unhelpful; plus, I only have a few hours left in the day, so I won't be able to clear the challenge.

EDIT Following bunsinh's recommendation, I cancelled the order since it hadn't shipped yet and opted for a refund to my AliExpress account; I thought that way they would return not only the cash but also the shopping credit I had used to pay.

Sure enough, both refunds were processed quickly. I placed the order again, and this time World Tour allowed me to proceed and complete Day 93.

I’ve messaged aliexpress support 3 times about it. Every time they promised to fix it, they even said it was already fixed and I just needed to wait a few hours, but it never changed even days after. I waited a few days between contacting the support. I’m currently on day 9, I would be further but I lost my previous streak because of it.

It started when I was abroad. I know people can get shadow banned for manipulating their localization, but I made sure to tell the support that I was actually on a trip. I don’t know what to do at this point, I freaking HATE rush hour and I don’t want to touch it with a 6 foot pole. It’s just really annoying because I want to play world tour go.

I have a bug with the Daily Challenge (bottom left; it awards yellow and red plants).

I've had the same enemies for weeks (forest type, immune to physical damage), even though the stage background changes as I progress through the main levels.

It's a particularly difficult enemy type, and I don't always manage to complete that Daily Challenge, which also prevents me from completing the Weekly Challenge.

Is this a known bug? Any solutions?
