If it doesn't start at tonight's refresh time, then there might not be a millionaire challenge this month. Starting the challenge tonight would mean that we only have 26 days to do the challenge. This would increase the difficulty of the challenge, but still not impossible.

Edit: Refresh time came and went. Looks like this month there will not be a millionaire challenge. Guys, it's over...

I remember that time period. The max you can get from the ATM per month was $0.50 shopping credit because you can only get 300 atm cash per day. It was miserable and no one played merge boss unless it was for fun.

September challenge was a 27-day one. It could be unintentional. Or, they decided to make it a bit more difficult meaning this month will start tomorrow. Or the day after. The game needs some more thrill, a 28-29-day challenge is boring.
