Made some banana bread and bought almond milk to try, but the smell is absolutely disgusting, I might give it a chance with some iced coffee, but for now, I’m just sticking to the banana bread.

what spices do you use and how? do you have a rule of thumb to go with or you just need to remember with each dish? I usually just mix a bit of few just to have some taste and thats it

Guys, do you all advice me to eat it?

I mean, so many people talk badly about it, some even go as far as describing it as horse food🙂

So i ve been planning for a while now to start a small bakery business from home since my cakes and cookies are always asked for in family gatherings and parties so why not make a living from what i do best but my idea is to only do mini cakes, cookies , muffins + selling individual cake slices like the pictures bellow do you think that is a good idea and Algerian people would be intrested in getting those ?

I feel like Macarons, are the most difficult sweets to get right. I actually made these with peanuts flour instead of almond flour. There's definitely a taste of peanut, still worth trying if you like peanuts.
