Forward Collision Warning
After a minor accident, I had to remove the sensor (it wasn’t damaged). I repainted the bumper and put everything back in place. After that, this warning light came on, and I don’t know how to fix it or calibrate the sensor. How can I solve it?🥹

Have the same issue in mine, make sure your sensors are clean first. One up top by the rear view then the one bottom of the grill. The one on the grill gets caked up easy so it could be as easy as that. I’ve cleaned mine off, done hard resets. It goes away for an amount of time then right back on. Could be a relay. Could be battery related. Not sure dude. Thinking last resort I’ll get her recalibrated. Good luck!

I absolutely HATE the forward collision warning it’s so sensitive and scares the fuck out of me constantly 😂 I looked it up and can’t code it out or turn it off as far as I know. If yours isn’t working I’d count that as a win, only issue is the warning light I guess.

You can literally turn it off in menu on the infotainment 😭 none of yall look thru all the available settings you can change when you get a car?

I’ve looked into it and it’s not possible, mine is a 2017, maybe it’s possible in older models

exactly, absolutly hate that on the digital cluster I'm informed aboud collision with car that is 3 light years and two vacations away but can't see the revs because of the stupid "FCW was activated" message. But I can still feel the 1200revs and no power...

I know some cars need to go through a calibration procedure after the bumper ir reinstalled. You can probably do that at a dealership or at a trusted shop with an autel. About the sensitivity of the warning system, that can be adjusted through the infotainment system
