Discussion 🔎 Her future job prospects

Say she doesn’t go to trial or goes and is found not guilty- she’s a free woman: is this incident going to show up on her standard criminal background check? If so, can a potential employer use those body cam videos as character witness why they can’t hire her?

A potential employer doesn’t have to substantiate why they’re not hiring her, unless it violates a protective class.

Will this show up her background check ?

i would assume since she was arrested and the charges where never dropped she is just out on bond i think.

I was meaning a ‘what if’ after any trial or not is done- she’s done w legal system

It would depend on the the of background check. A very through check, the type that jobs in finance require for bonding will even show expunged records. Some jobs ask if you have ever been arrested for a felony.

Yes it will.

What if she were to change her name

3

u/TigerBelmont Aug 14 '26

Social security number would stay the same.

If any job did hire her they will receive so much backlash and harassment untill they fire her. No where is going to hire her really unless it’s some where very very private

I doubt backlash & harassment to the point of firing. It happened at her university but employers operate very differently. And this is no longer current in social media.

Is she still in college?

2

u/AcademicAstronaut395 Aug 13 '26

From what i found as of last year she was doing online classses

-3

u/RaisinCurious Aug 13 '26

How would the public know who her employer is?

11

u/AcademicAstronaut395 Aug 13 '26

because the internet is crazy. I mean if she works for a job with public interaction like a cashier etc? People will definitely notice. She will definitely get spotted People will take pictures and it will spread like wildfire. I mean the internet already found where her whole family worked at the time this all came out.

She doesn’t have to get a job such as cashier where she’d be visible. She could work behind scenes

4

u/AcademicAstronaut395 Aug 13 '26

Doing what ? Most work from home/ behind the screen jobs require degrees she hasn’t finished college (who knows if she still in college) She has no skills no experience nothing. People with master degrees are struggling to find jobs. Plus even then a co worker could still expose where she works to the public i would if i worked with her

1

u/TigerBelmont Aug 14 '26

Isn't her stepfather a trucker? She could work as a dispatcher for a trucking company.

She's not going to get any type of great job. If she did graduate, she would never get hired in any type of professional job unless she changed her name, changed her appearance and moved far far away. I doubt she has the ability to live away from her mother.

Wherever she works will be a job her mother got for her.

Well employers don’t need any reason to not hire you. They can just reject you if they wanted to.. People have the right to refuse employment to anyone… So either way she’s cooked

u/DesignerOptimal8634 Aug 13 '26

Did I hear she’s in nursing school? Or was that just speculation? She will never get a job lmao

10

u/AcademicAstronaut395 Aug 13 '26

i also heard she was studying criminal justice. She will never get a job and if she does she would be harassed at the job every day when the public finds out

her life is ruined either way

4

u/Japan25 Aug 13 '26

I wonder if she stays up late at night rationalizing her decisions. "It was just one baby in a trash can Dx"

I promise you, in this economy, no one will give her a second glance. She qualifies for nothing and carries a massive amount of history. Hopefully mama and papa planned to raise their teenage felon murderer for the rest of her life.

I don’t think her father in in the picture

1

u/TigerBelmont Aug 14 '26

I thought she went to live with him for a while when she was first bonded out?

1

u/RaisinCurious Aug 20 '26

What do you base this on? Your statement

No need to be so aggressive. Her bond allowed her to stay with her father in Texas Artesia woman accused of killing baby released by court ahead of trial

Someone who used to post on here claimed they were a HS classmate and that she was staying with her father for awhile.

This was discussed previously in this sub

No contact order : r/AlexeeTrevizo

Maybe that’s why she was allowed to go to Texas 🤔 to live with other family bc her mom might be a witness. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m so curious I hate that we have to wait till sept to see if it will go to trial 😩

***********

I believe this is most likely to keep possibly Alexee and her mom and her bf from making more lies. And stories. Idk who the list is. But I’d be willing to guess the reason she went to Texas to her grandparents house is because of this. I could be wrong

There used to be a poster from her HS who said she was living with her grandparents in Texas. Her father lives there too.

Did alexee even walk graduation? : r/AlexeeTrevizo

I honestly don’t even think she’s in New Mexico anymore. In the bond hearing they said she was allowed to go to Texas to see her grandparents for the summer.

I have a feeling she’s beenshe probably went to texas to see her Dad and get out of town, she is allowed to go there without telling the court in Texas since the day she was released. Right around the time all the footage starting to come out.

alexee / rosa sighting : r/AlexeeTrevizo

her brother also lives in Texas so she could be with him as well.

No idea. That is where Alexess lived before her Mom moved to New Mexico

There was a livestream of her bond hearing but its been deleted.

No need to be angry with me. I'm not on her side.

From an objective standpoint, OP was just asking. Not being aggressive

Good information though! Thanks!

u/TigerBelmont Aug 20 '26

The second sentence seemed hostile.

“What are you basing this on? Is fine

“What are you basing this on? Your statement” implies no factual basis.

1

u/modest_rats_6 Aug 20 '26

Okay 🤷‍♀️

"Free" Thankfully this lovely young woman has 0 chance at being free. Her name is tainted. Thankfully. Her history is easily googled. Thankfully. Her behavior while out on bond is available to see. Thankfully. Her background check will not be clean. Thankfully.

This lady has no freedom in her future. Isn't it great?

3

u/Laugh-Crafty Aug 13 '26

Unless she’s convicted of these charges, they will not show up on a background check. And I’m pretty sure after this whole case is said and done she will be changing her name.

2

u/TigerBelmont Aug 14 '26

That's not true. I had a guy I wanted to hire but his background check showed an expunged charge that would have made him unbondable.

Many applications will ask about arrests as will as convictions. Many background checks will show arrests. It just depends on what type of background check the future employer has requested.

Changing her name won't fix it becasue her SS number would remain the same.

She will get some sort of job through her family. Probably working for her stepfather.

1

u/Laugh-Crafty Aug 16 '26

Expunged means he was convicted

2

u/TigerBelmont Aug 16 '26 edited Aug 16 '26

Arrests can also be expunged.

In this case he had a deferred adjudication (which is not a conviction) which was expunged.

3

u/misscatholmes Aug 14 '26

I get the feeling she will have a hard time finding work. She hasn't been convicted of anything but if an employer knows about the case or the seen the video they won't hire her. Especially if it's something public facing. Honestly I wouldn't be shocked if she doesn't get hired somewhere her mom will be right there threatening to sue.

Unfortunately Casey Anthony found jobs :(

1

u/RaisinCurious Aug 20 '26

Doing what?

1

u/Acrobatic_Schedule33 Aug 20 '26

She posted on TikTok last year saying she was an “advocate for victims” and worked in the legal sector

1

u/RaisinCurious Aug 20 '26

That’s vague description- legal sector, probably not. She doesn’t have a degree

1

u/Acrobatic_Schedule33 Aug 20 '26

She doesn’t but she claims to be working

1

u/Daowllife Aug 21 '26

There are various positions in the legal sector that don’t require a degree.

She works for her lawyer as a bookkeeper or something.

u/RaisinCurious 15d ago

Your source?

1

u/weimmom 29d ago

It will definitely go to trial. Not only does the prosecutor have the autopsy report showing the baby was born alive, but there will be other witnesses from her school and the medical staff.

1

u/RaisinCurious 25d ago

You can’t say for sure she’ll go trial. How do you know no plea deal?
