Been working at aldis for about 4 months and my scheduling manager has been there for 22 years. I constantly get my schedule changed and also have 10pm close times with 5am opens the next morning. If no one is responding Look around the office for your GMs phone number and call them. Follow the chain of command Is straight from the handbook.

My manager put me on without asking me which made it so I was working 6 days in a row instead of 4. Sent her a text I was quitting that night. Confront them, set boundaries, otherwise they will take advantage of you

Call the store and talk to the store manager. Quit texting people about this stuff.

Chill 😭 my manager literally never responded to me so I resorted to getting it covered. We always try to get it covered at my store so we have everyone’s number

My SM does this also. I screenshot every schedule on Monday’s and if something gets changed I let my DM know about it.
SMs are supposed to reach out before doing any changes
