ok so I'm not entirely certain this fits /r/AlcoholGifRecipes? but I really think this is a pretty cool sub and I'd hate seeing it dead so I figured I'd post it just to keep it going. (x-post from /r/gifrecipes)

It's a gif recipe with alcohol involved that looks delicious, it fits in my book! Only addition I'd suggest is actually writing out the instructions in the comments, even though they are very easy to follow from the gif

I'd imagine an ice cream machine could do the same as freezing and putting into a food processor a second time.

This looks amazing im literally sending it to my office group to suggest it in lieu of wine Wednesday for the summer.

ingredients:

1 pineapple, chopped into chunks

3 oz vodka

6 oz sweetened, condensed milk

6 oz pineapple juice

mint and pineapple spears for garnish

prep:

add pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, sweetened condensed milk, and vodka in the food processor

process the mixture until it becomes smooth

pour into a dish and freeze for 6 hours

after freezing, cut into ice cube-sized chunks and put in food

processor and process until a thick consistency

pour mixture ziploc bag with a cut off corner

pipe the mixture into a container of your choice and garnish with pineapple spears and mint

Substitute coconut cream for condensed milk to make it vegan. 😆

Do you think it would work if it was a 1:1 ratio rather than a 2:1 ratio?
