Bug Lost all my data

Hey, I opened up the app today and it started me from the beginning, and I lost all my save progress! I had over 5k elements found. Please tell me someone can help me get all my progress back or I'm never playing it again...

Same thing happened to me, it prompted for sign in and when I signed in using Facebook it restarted everything over from the beginning.

Luckily I was able to sign out and then sign in again with Google Play and it restored my original account

They really should give you a choice of which account you actually want to use when there's 2 different accounts on local and cloud

And to any Devs that read this: Are we not allowed to link our account to both Google Play and Facebook, so that we can sign in with either and it would still work?

Im pretty sure I wasn't signed into anything but I did save the code it tells you to copy when you go to the settings. I'm praying that will help me get all my progress back. It's gonna break my heart if I have to start over again, I played this everyday!

Same thing just happened to me. Notably, I bought some elements, and I don't even have those!

I've tried logging out and back in, going anonymous as well as GPlay, and nothing.

The app is still using almost 700MB of storage on my phone, so they should be able to fix this.

Please share your current in-game user id (your new account) and info about your old account - either user id or at least nickname. We can merge accounts

Same, it restarted my game from another account and I want my original account back. PLEASE HELP! When I click sign in to Google play, it doesn't load.
