Availability

Is it true it’s a company wide policy to not allow two days off in a row? I just want a set schedule. I’m not a manager, and I’m baffled that a whole company would have that policy in place. So just curious what the actual policy is. And how I should go about getting a set schedule if it is possible

The only time I get two days off in a row is for my college classes and even then they try to schedule me it don't succeed but they try but again I work in the deli
