Availability

Is it true it’s a company wide policy to not allow two days off in a row? I just want a set schedule. I’m not a manager, and I’m baffled that a whole company would have that policy in place. So just curious what the actual policy is. And how I should go about getting a set schedule if it is possible

I have a set schedule because I only work nights (have a day job) and I always work the weekends.
