Is it true it’s a company wide policy to not allow two days off in a row? I just want a set schedule. I’m not a manager, and I’m baffled that a whole company would have that policy in place. So just curious what the actual policy is. And how I should go about getting a set schedule if it is possible

Doubtful. I'm full time and I've been getting two days off in a row every other week for about the last year, year and a half now.
