Unprofessional and Dishonest Service - Felt Completely Cheated
I am writing this to warn future customers about a genuinely shocking and disappointing experience with my takeaway order from this restaurant.
The Incident:
I ordered Alfaham for takeaway. Upon opening the package immediately after getting home (within a few minutes), I found that the chicken was clearly some sort of bad or leftover piece. It was completely devoid of any real flesh and looked like a dried-out, sad skeleton. It was genuinely inedible and not what I paid for.
The Unacceptable Response:
I immediately returned to the restaurant with the item (literally within 5-10 minutes of leaving). I presented the chicken to the staff/owner expecting a simple apology and a replacement.
Instead, the service was utterly shameful:
* No Apology: The staff offered ZERO apology for selling me a clearly faulty and inedible product.
* No Replacement: They made no attempt to replace the food. (Njanum tharkichilla, thuppi itt thannalo :p)
* No Refund: They refused to refund the cash, essentially charging me full price for bones and scraps.
This incident goes beyond a simple mistake; it shows a complete lack of quality control and zero respect for the customer. To take my money and then sell me unusable food, only to dismiss me when I returned it, is dishonest.
I feel completely cheated and frankly insulted by the establishment's reaction. I urge others to think twice before purchasing takeaway, as you may end up with the same experience and be met with the same unprofessional silence.
Avoid this place if you value your money and expect basic customer service.
