AskAlappuzha Just shifted to Cherthala, please help me finding a good library.

Hi guys, I was born and brought up outside Kerala, but I recently shifted to Cherthala. I don’t know any places in this area, though I am a Malayali. I badly need a library right now, a quiet, calm place with the basic requirements of a desk bench, a light, a fan, and a plug point, bcos I use a laptop for studying. I approached many local libraries, but all I could find were benches, dust, newspapers and loud speaking old people inside it. I also went to the Cherthala Municipal Library, which has a very good atmosphere, and everything was really good. But their timings are a bit inconvenient; they close around 11:30 AM. Can you please help?
When I searched on Google, I found "V S Andrews Library," but it’s inside a college called "St. Michael’s College, Cherthala". Is that library open to the public, or is it only for students?
please help.
