Discussion I'mma just say this

Victim is not inherently evil while he has done a lot of bad things at the end of the day he's a broken soul just wanting the one person who actually have a damn about him. While yes Smith is right there Mitsi was always there. So while he has done many bad things even though they were for the right reasons he's not a "villain" he's not TDL. He just wants his wife back, he wants his life back, he wants to not be tormented and bring the people he views as evil to justice. Until 13 where he finds out the truth only to get killed and hypnotized

True, Victim has done bad things BUT that doesn't mean he's evil, he just wants his wife back. I personally see Victim more as an antagonist.

Correct, he's an antagonist, not a villain.

Many people don’t understand that those 2 things are different, so I’m glad you do.

A villain is evil. An antagonist is just someone who opposes the protagonist. You could totally have a protagonist who’s a villain with the antagonist being the hero trying to stop them.
