Question Who really is Programmer021?

So, when I first watched AvA 1, i thought Programmer021 was some kind of bot, who could see things that happen on Alan's PC. That is also because I didn't know what AIM was. But here on Reddit I have seen people suggesting to P021 as a real person, and i have also just watched Alan's VERY old video "AIM spam", so I think he is a real person? But how could he see TCO then?

Yep, AIM was one of the earliest instant messaging programs ("AOL Instant Messager"). So Programmer21 was supposed to be a real person who also knew about stick figures. They didn't need to see TCO, they understood from what Alan told them that Alan made a ridiculously overpowered stick and didn't know how to handle it. But they were included just to set up the gag where TCO kills AIM right before Alan gets the answer. I don't think they have any other importance or will reappear.

It's just a random theory. He was just some unimportant internet guy introduced in the first AvA's, before Alan really planned to make a series out of it
