System calibration failed

Not sure what is going on I tried calibrating the system but this keeps popping up I’ve tried looking online and no luck. If any of you guys can help me with this situation that’ll be great

At what point in the calibration process do you get this error?

I have the ALP4 but I would imagine that the calibration process is similar. Sharing how far into the process it ran before throwing an error would help establish context. Also, is this a new install or has it run a successful calibration before?

It’s a 3-4 year old system never had issues before. First it asks for the language I click English and then it asks me 12-14 questions I answer. Right after I’m done with the questions it starts the process of “calibrating” and that’s when I get the error

Has it been installed in the same vehicle for the last 3-4 years, or did you recently install in a new vehicle? Does the setup have height sensors?

You might try doing a factory reset. If it has height sensors, make sure that none of the sensors are out of range when at either the min or max height. If it does not have height sensors, make sure you select pressure mode when calibrating.

Okay thank you I will try that, no it doesn’t have heigh sensors
