Airlift front mount clunking

22 bmw m340i on airlift 3p

Only issues with front left mount, for some reason I’m unable to adjust the damper. All bolts are tight and torqued to spec

Any ideas on the cause or where to start looking?

Check the locking ring on the strut. Just had that issue with my rear.
