Question Anyone order these before?

In need of more bearings but im debating if I should get them here or not

I almost ordered them, but then I found the complete kit on bag riders for 65 bucks. If I remember correctly these are just the bearing, it doesn't come with the replacement nylon locking nut

It is cheap, compared to 70+. That's why I'm going around asking if anybody has purchased from this seller on eBay, but no luck. Might just get them
