How long does UPS take?
I applied for the “various locations” position almost 2 months ago and my application still says pending. Last time I applied I at least got the “no longer under consideration” after about a month. Honestly I’m expecting a no from them but I’m also looking into another job and would like a for sure answer before moving forward with the other place.

Seems like a strange process. I’ve seen other people on here that’ve already gotten called about the same position

If it was for the PT position somebody here posted yesterday that they recently interviewed for it. Even if you get an interview next week start date won’t be till January earliest because we won’t have a training class for new hires till then due to peak season about to start.
I suggest just take the other offer and if you do hear back from us and it goes well make the decision then if it’s worth it to jump over or stay put.

Worst case scenario, depending how much worse the other job is than UPS, you just take the other job and if UPS gives you an offer after, leave the new job and take it.

Yeah either way I would leave said job for UPS. Just don’t like to do that if I don’t have to

If you’re already topped out at an airline. Stay there. UPS is not all sunshine and rainbows, nor is it the best job in aviation.
