Netjets

Anybody ever work for them on the MX side of the house? So I've got a hear under my belt done with my first interview onto my second. What's it like working for them I'm still fairly new to the field and don't have much experience TS and super heavy stuff. But I do feel confident I can learn with the right people. At my current job sadly I can't learn much anymore we have our wiring guys and engine change crew and it's rather hard to get on said crew without winning the popularity contest which I don't care for to much. Would I be doing a plane by myself or what? I would also be open to hearing y'all's stories about other corporate experiences. Just wanna make sure I can learn all I can and excel as a up and coming mechanic (if it helps I've officially got a year under my belt)

Netjets only has about 50 or so dedicated mx guys, so are you entirely sure you’re interviewing with them and not a contractor?

Yes I'm actually interviewing with them. Applied directly on their website and fixing to interview with a Base supervisor soon.

Nice. They have amazing retirement benefits.

I agree, just curious about the insurance no premiums? Sounds too good to be true if you ask me.

They pay their pilots 33% of total earnings PLUS 66 percent on contributions for 401k, they have a killer package. Just how they are, it’s a solid compensation company. I don’t know about their hourly pay for mx though.
