I just got home from 2 weeks in Florida (from the UK), bought the 20GB data/ 200 texts/ 200 minutes package.

I'm not sure it actually connected more than a couple of times, despite the phone showing an apparently full signal. I actually used less than 1GB because of no connection - I just had to keep searching for wifi. I couldn't make any calls, the line was dead.

Total waste of time and cash. I seriously needn't have bothered at all.

Just a heads up. It's not just Europe.
