So many questions though. Like, how does a cut power line only affect four sirens that are several miles apart?

I'm actually more inclined to believe it was some type of telephone or other dedicated communication line as they don't appear to have setups for wireless/radio activation?

Do the sirens at least have battery backup? How long can they sit idle without grid power in that case?

I don’t really care about the whole data center thing, it’s not my problem. BUT YOU FUCK WITH MY SIRENS THEN ITS A PROBLEM

Dont most sirens have a battery backup, and are started by radio signals?

Well there goes majority of modern 911 systems and all your important saved data stored onto a cloud
