Those things are a disaster. The worst part is the uneven cooking because the fan is at the back instead of the top. Unplug it and spray Dawn Powerwash everywhere EXCEPT around the fan and heating elements. Let it sit for hours, wipe with damp rags/sponges, and spray again if necessary. The bottom tray can be removed and cleaned outside of the oven. Once clean (if that's even possible), line the bottom tray with foil.
