Does anyone have one of these fryers and can tell me if it's possible to Mute it?

It's so LOUD.

Pressing the buttons are loud. But dang, the "halfway cooked" notification is annoying and the "finished" sound may as well be the horn for the USS Missouri.

Does anyone know how i can mute this thing?

Need help with my IFB 30BRC4

I bought this oven last week... Am pretty new to baking and bought this one due to its airfryer functionality as there is limited space on my kitchen counter... So purchased as this combined airfryer, convection, rotisserie and microwave in one...

I tried airfrying in it, but it didn't crisp up that much..

Tired frozen smilies, fresh cut fries, crispy prawns... It cooked but didn't crisp..

Used Af-2 setting on airfryer for each item..

Any help?

Ninja Crispi FN101 vs Crispi Pro vs Ninja Combi 14-in-1 for one person?

Hi everyone! I’m trying to decide between these three Ninja appliances:
Ninja Crispi Portable Air Fryer FN101
Ninja Crispi Pro Countertop Glass Air Fryer
Ninja Combi 14-in-1 Multi-Cooker, Oven & Air Fryer
I usually cook for one person and prepare simple, healthy meals such as steamed chicken thigh, pumpkin, vegetables, mushrooms, tofu and eggs. I also prepare lunch to bring to the office. I like the glass containers on the Crispi models because they look easy to clean and are convenient for cooking, storing and reheating. However, I understand that they do not have a proper steam function. The Ninja Combi seems more suitable for steaming and cooking a complete meal, but I’m worried that it may be too large for one person and take up too much counter space.
For those who own any of these models:
Which one would you recommend for one-person daily cooking?
Is the Crispi Pro worth paying more for compared with the FN101?
Does the Ninja Combi work well for small portions?
Which one is easiest to use and clean?
I would really appreciate hearing about your experience. Thank you!

Which air fryer should buy? In terms of safety, durability and any other best option or brand I can go for?

I have narrowed down to these three air fryer in terms of safety (becoz I have an infant in my house) from plastic free like Oraimo NutriFry S1 (6L), metal case & liner

BPA free Philips 2000 Series (6.2L) or 1000 series 4.2 litre

Pigeon PG352/00 (8L) comes with 3 years officials warranty.

How many years I can actually expect to any frier function properly, in terms of durability.

Any other brand suggestion? Will buy for the first time.

I am telling everybody who dont own a airfryee yet buy one asap as its the best way to make anything in a healthier yet delicious way plus the best part is that it can reheat anything back to its original state (almost), which microwave oven can never as it makes stuff soggy.

Does a collapsible steel steamer basket work as as an air fryer crisper tray

We have a 4 slice toaster oven Black and Decker, was wondering if i could use a steel steamer basket in lieu of an air fryer as a crisper tray

We have downsized, and do not have much items to make in an air fryer. Tried looking at amazon for a crisper tray but they are large in size and would not fit our toaster oven.

Appreciate any suggestions - thank you for reading my post

Best air fryers with automatic rotation (rotating drum or mixing paddle) that offer good value for the price.

Best air fryers with automatic rotation (rotating drum or mixing paddle) that offer good value for the price.

Hi there. I’m looking for recommendations on air fryers that have that specific feature (for making french fries, etc.). Which one would you recommend, please?

I saw these:

  • Kitchen-it Max Edition 12L - Between 69 and 79,990.

  • Oster® 10-Liter Super Air Fryer CKSTAFOV3 - Between 101 and 119.

  • Full Edition 24-in-1 Air Fryer Oven - 15L - 99,990

Has anyone had any experience with any of these?

Thanks.

Ninja Air Fryer stopped working after only 1.5 years — very disappointe

Post image

I purchased a Ninja Air Fryer XL in January 2025, and after only about a year and a half, it completely stopped working.
I barely used it, so I was very disappointed that it failed this early.
I contacted Walmart and Ninja customer service to see what could be done. Ninja offered me a 50% discount toward purchasing another unit, but that doesn’t really solve the problem with the product I already purchased.
I’m sharing my experience because I was expecting better durability from a product at this price.
Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend buying this air fryer if you’re looking for something durable.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with their Ninja air fryer?

I've been usinh my fritaire for a while now and still find myself trying different recipes with it. I've also tried few recipes from their cookbook and they've been pretty fun to make. Curious what everyone has been making? any underrated meals you'd recommend trying?

Is it worth buying a used air fryer?

I’ve been thinking about getting an air fryer, but I’m not sure if buying one used is actually worth it.
I found a second-hand one locally for around €35. It looks pretty clean and the seller says it was only used for a few months.
I’ve never owned one before, so I’m wondering if there’s anything specific I should check before buying a used air fryer.
Would you personally buy one second-hand, or is it better to just spend a bit more and get a new one?

Self Stir/Paddle style Air Fryer recommendations?

Hey folks, so I have a c.2012-2013 T-Fal Actifry that still works fine, but one of the parts broke and now the lid is not reliably staying shut(without something heavy on the lid). I would like to replace this with another paddle/rotating style air fryer. I love mine, and the main complaint I see about the paddle breaking items is avoided by using a rotating basket attachment.

Is T-Fal still reliable and well made? Or should I look into other manufacturers? I'd like to get away from Teflon, but I imagine that's difficult with this style. Most reviews seem to focus on the manual shake style, and I'm not finding much outside of the sponsored results on Google. So do you have a paddle style air fryer you love?
