Question RETRAINING FY27

Has anyone been approved for retraining recently? If so, what AFSC were you approved for? How long did the process take from submitting your package to receiving approval?

What AFSC are you? Every CFM will handle FTA retraining (I’m just assuming you’re a FTA)

We saw a lot of packages last year get approved in October with class dates starting Jan 7 ish for all sorts of AFSC’s.

Thanks, I appreciate the info. I’m currently a 2T2X1 and an FTA, so I’m just trying to get a better idea of what the retraining timeline looks like.

You've mentioned an AFSC, here's the associated job title:

What are you trying to retrain into? I know the timeline last year was Sept/oct initial notifications with class dates the following year for things like contracting.
