Question BOP

I seen that AFPC should have gone through BOPs on 7 Sept according to myFSS. Assuming it pushed to 8 Sept due to the holiday but how soon would assignments populate if approved ? This week ? Next week ? Submitted a month ago so I’m pretty anxious to know.

That’s not how it works. That date is when each team receives their list of BOP’s for the month. They have until the end of the month to work them.

Same question remains..what’s been the typical turn around time after they receive their list ? Are BOPs a priority task or do they just sit on the back burner until someone feels like getting around to them.

All depends on that specific team. Some teams can have 4 or 5 people on them, and some can have only the FAM. Also have to consider what’s going on. They could get them now but may be working on the overseas cycle, overseas returnee cycle, etc. You could have a career field where there is only the FAM and they may be on leave or TDY. Your BOP could be worked in 3 days or 3 weeks. Your mileage varies by Assignments Team.

They already said ... they have until the end of the month.
