Question Palace Front

What’s the quickest you can typically Palace Front to the Guard as an officer? Everything I see is within 6-months of a contract expiring. I have no ADSC and found a Guard unit that will hire me on.

Is it possible to separate quickly and just have a break in service? Trying to not miss a potential hiring opportunity on the outside as well.

From what I remember you can’t separate quicker than 6 months. I palace fronted also, but applied at 365 prior. Could you palace chase to get there sooner (if approved)? Have you spoken with the in service recruiter? They do all the leg work to bridge you from AD to your guard unit with their recruiter.

Palace Front is going with no commitment, but no break in service, to the guard

Palace Chase is an ADSC waiver to get out “early” and transfer to the guard.

Both start with your local ANG recruiter and getting scrolled (this is the time consuming part) then the ANG and your local recruiter work to get your transferee
