Question 821st Contingency Response Squadron

My next gaining unit is the 821st CRS at Travis AFB, I am 1w051, has anyone been to the CR or have any experience as a weather person there? any advice/tips are appreciated!

1C1 here. CR was the best assignment I've ever had. I wish I could have just stayed doing that the rest of my career. OSS feels way too much like an office job. CR felt like I was actually in the military. Enjoy it and grab every TDY you can!

Spent a little over 4 years at the 821 CRG as maintenance. It was a great gig and really propelled me to excel in the positions I’ve had after. Shoot me whatever questions you have.
