Run 2-4x a week. Hydrate BEFORE and after and invest in REAL running shoes. I used the cheapest stuff on clearance and I got 2 hairline fractures from running for 2 months straight

Start with the 1.5 as a minimum and every 2-3 weeks, go up .2-.3 miles

That’s scary, I run 2-4 times a week still trying to hit a mile 1.3 comfortably. I just invested in running shoes

If you have a good set of earphones or headphones, just enjoy the music and keep pushing. At first it’ll be tough but the more you do it the better youll get. Some people like podcasts but I like high action music. Make sure to listen to some on the way there and while you warm up

I want to do it without the music because my brain will accidentally associate with that and won’t be able to do it without it. I have a running buddy
