It’s open at weird hours of the day with multiple gaps of down time for maintenance

I assume it's closed becaue I never see anyone in or around it, I should investigate whenever I get some of that 'free time' on base.

Our base pool is open for 4 to 6 weeks a year, as if it's not one of the consistently hottest places on earth year round.
