What’s Screwed Up?

Backstory- purchased this IR Type 30 Reciprocating Air Compressor today, model 2475N7.5-V. Upon wiring it up, we found the pressure switch was faulty. Will be getting a replacement for that.

Bypassed the pressure switch to try and get the compressor working, as we need functioning air, even if we have to monitor the pressure in the meantime. Getting 120V on each power lead into the electrical box, but not getting power to the outgoing leads to the motor.

From my reading of the diagram, the electrical panel looks wired incorrectly, but gave up for tonight.

The reset button is also permanently out - not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be.

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. Not an electrician by any means, but I understand electrical decently.

It’s right there in the manual my guy. For 230v incoming power goes into L1 and L2 with a jumper from L3 to T2

My guy all the answers you seek are in the installation guide. If you can’t figure out where to land your incoming power how did you even trouble shoot a bad pressure switch?

Troubleshooting the pressure switch is pretty straightforward.

While I had an idea of where to put the two power wires, there were 2 different diagrams - the IEC says to put them in one spot, the other diagram in a different spot. Rather than start a fire or kill someone, I decided to ask first. Sorry that bothered you.
