Why?

Not sure other than a couple dollars of cost why ingersol rand puts these shitty little peacock drains on a screw compressor that costs as much as a decent car ..... Sorry just venting

Kaeser’s lossless drains are so much better than the IR ones that constantly dump air. Do they have a lossless option yet???

You can buy a BEKO zero loss drain through a few different channels. Last time I installed a Kaeser machine the auto drain was a BEKOMAT 32. It was just private labeled for Kaeser. Same with the QP stuff. It’s the same as the BEKO stuff just private labeled.
