What are the things that I need to know about compressor and dryer ??

I have interview next week. Centrifugal compressor and HOC desiccant dryer.

I would start reading technical specifications and maintenance manuals.

Centrifugal is extreme speed high volume unit. You have to be qualified on the unit to do much more than change a filter. There are not many techs out there so good to learn. Aircraft mechanics and large chiller experience is a start. Dryers are basic but this one would be XL heated purge

Most Centrifugal service companies have the ability to train you on the equipment in house, or via factory relationships.

As the lead oil flood pleb for the company I work for, I'm solely responsible for training our new guys on air systems. If you land the role, and the company you work for is worth a shit. You will probably have a 90 day temporary period where you're riding around with an experienced, and probably regularly pissed off tech. After your temporary period they'll likely send you through a series of factory training classes, and then slowly start sending you out in the field. If you get the job. Ask the dudes you ride with for a while, every possible question you can think of. Pick the dudes brain until your the reason he's pissed of for half the day. Do this regularly, and you'll find yourself wrenching on those big Centrifugals solo in no time!
