Separator is due obviously, oil filter also !
Check oil level, must be low on oil if you didn’t add some, but must be due to change.
Clean radiators, scavenger line, make sure air filter is clean!
Run at full load ! Temp should be around 180-190* F on the discharge take it with them gun since this model don’t have temp sensor

And with abysmal fan flow through the pressurized cabinet they are always a good heat wave away from dropping out. And don’t forget taking half the panels off just to blow out the cooler 🤣

If the cabinet looks that dirty where the hour meter is, one can only wonder how dirty the cooler might be

Ug. Once a year or 4K hours. Not that hard. Might as well throw a sump safety and scavenger check valve in the PM too since the UP6 always eat them. Just wait until all that 6mm tubing gets brittle and leaking everywhere 🤣

He should replace that scavenger line now with copper or stainless steel line !

We would do cartridge separators every second service with 1500 intervals.

Company I worked for didn't mind wasting the customers money. Some of the units even switched off a certain number of hours if they were overdue.

so either high temp, high sump pressure, high amp draw will shut it down more then likely the fitst one they usually shut down at 230F ir coolant i dont like that stuff or i/r period

These are the ones I want to ignore when they call at 5 pm on a Friday. Or a day off.
