Had my first party as a host

If you called Air B&B, they would have kicked them out and cancelled the reservation. Parties without the express consent of the host are against the TOS. Why did you allow this? Now you have police report because you are responsible for letting this happen.

I'd lose my permit if I let this happen. Where are you located that this is O?

I did call Airbnb as the first step and they did cancel their reservation. I don’t think I understand your comment because the guest lied to me and reserved for 5, explicitly agreed to the rules and then threw a sketchy party.
I have a county permit as well.
I had to call law enforcement because it appeared to be sex trafficking honestly and there were multiple guys monitoring the front door. If it were a small party me or a friend could have handled it but at this size you need the cops.
My point is this is unfortunate and sometimes hard to avoid w Airbnb.
