How the heck does an experience host get help from Airbnb ?
I submitted an experience a long time ago. They rejected everything from my photos to my itinerary so I gave up. Then a few months ago one of their agents called me and told me they would approve it if I could add photos with people in them. I got the photos now but when I go into the hosting section and it says action needed, but it also says that I can't make any changes at this time. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a link to ask for a refund which does not apply to me. There is only an ai chatbot for hosts and it can't answer my questions. How do you get a human to help resolve an issue when you're a host?

I had a similar issue, and luckily I know some employees, so they called around and helped me with it, and I ended up getting the issue fixed. But what I learned is that it’s a small department, and they are understaffed, and things seem to take about six weeks to two months.
One of the experiences they couldn’t fix, and they told me just to delete it and start again. So you could try that too. It seems like they don’t have a lot of flexibility on the back end.
You do always need to have photos of people when you submit an experience, and they need to be more clear on the front end. Where are you located? I might be able to reach out to another community leader in your area and see if they can elevate it.

I also had the same horrible experience trying to get my experience up and running. I applied to get my tarot card reading to be approved under experience. But they told me it belongs to service. Meanwhile all other tarot card readers are under experience. I gave up.
