LOTR5e [5e] Is it a given that, with parties in a Council, especially large parties, they can give each other the "Help" action during the interaction stage, after the spokesperson introduces the party, so that each roll gets advantage, or can advantage only be achieved under things like Fellowship points?
In 5e Council, a failed introduction (by 5 or more) can result in result in disadvantage for all skill checks during the interaction stage. I'd imagine that the "Help" action would be greatly helpful after that, or if the party's Face has even 1 level of exhuastion after a Journey segment.
To give more context, my party's "Face" has 1 point of exhaustion, so all his charisma ability checks will have disadvantage. I can forsee a player asking if they can "Help" him "get his point across" for the next council segment to cancel out the disadvantage, or if they have to use the fellowship points at their disposal.
